Okay so this Halloween was a blast! Shelby had a "home-made" fairy costume that turned out darling! We got full wear out of her costume seeing as how she went trick-r-treating three times! This year we hit up the Trunk-R-Treat junket. First we went to our ward's Halloween party and then decided to crash our friends, which was so much fun!
At that party they had a "train" ( a four wheeler pulling barrels with wheels) for the kids to ride. Shelby absolutely loved it! Then we went out on Halloween night, and no she did not eat all the candy! In fact she didn't have much to choose from cause she's allergic to peanuts and just about every good piece of candy has peanuts or peanut butter in it!
My brother William, his wife Amanda, my nephew Gauge and my mom came over to all go trick-r-treating together. They were dressed up as a family of convicts HA! We had so much fun going around to all the houses, and watching Shelby's knock on the doors and wait for candy was as cute as it gets! Oh and this pumpkin was so much fun to make. I used a pattern from Martha Stewart online (of course, you think I could free-hand that??) and a dremel to carve it. pumpkin was flying everywhere!!!!
